Crêpes

My favorite food is Crepes in the breakfast. The Crepes (crêpe in France)
The crepes are recipe made primarily of wheat flour, with which it produces a disc-shaped mass. Usually used as the basis for a dish or dessert applying all kinds of sweet or savory ingredients
The crepes are from the region of Brittany, in France, where are called krampouezh in the Candelaria festive season.
In the central Europe, the creper are called palačinka (Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia), palatschinken (Austria) or palacsinta (Hungary). In these countries the flour was brought from china.
The ingredients are;
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup water
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Preparation: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter; beat until smooth. After, cook in frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto frying pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly. Finally, cook the crepe for 2 minutes, until the bottom light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. I recommend serve hot and add jam or sweet.
I like crepes, because they are delicious at breakfast, especially if they have jam.
